Employee Engagement Group
We value the input of our colleagues and their ability to contribute to our teammates engagement initiatives, so we established the 'Employee Engagement Group', consisting of colleagues from various business areas, including Marketing, Stores, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, Office Management and HR. The group collaborates to implement company-wide initiatives and generate ideas for improvement.
It is essential to involve our colleagues in the planning and execution of our engagement strategies to help shape a culture where everyone feels appreciated, supported and motivated.
Corporate Social Responsibility

NAPA Racing
Since 2021, NAPA Racing UK has been at the forefront of UK motorsport; however, the NAPA name has enjoyed over 100 years of automotive heritage. NAPA has been a consistent presence in American motorsport, racing and has achieved success in the biggest formulas. Competing at the top tier of motorsport, including NASCAR, IndyCar and Sprint Racing.
NAPA entered the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) with the multiple race-winners Alliance Racing, creating NAPA Racing UK and now stands as the team to beat since winning multiple championships across the MINI Challenge, British Truck Racing and BTCC. NAPA Racing UK has proudly been crowned BTCC Team Champions three years in a row and in 2025, you will find them competing in the UK’s highest profile championships, the BTCC, MINI CHALLENGE and BriSCA F1.

Apprenticeships
Across the UK, we are pleased to be able to offer apprenticeships both externally to new recruits and to our own colleagues who are looking to expand their knowledge and develop their careers.
Our courses range from a Level 2 (equivalent to a GCSE qualification) to a Level 7 (master’s degree).
Popular courses offered include:
- Customer Service Practitioner Level 2
- Customer Service Specialist Level 3
- Team Leader Level 3
- Operations Departmental Manager Level 5
Other courses include (but are not limited to):
- Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3
- Business Administration Level 3
- IT Technician Level 3
- Coaching Professional Level 5
- Supply Chain Warehousing Level 2
Our apprentices have support from their manager to complete the course as well as support from the provider.
