The Role:

We’re looking for dedicated and experienced warehouse operatives eager to develop their skills and progress their careers with specialist VNA training.

As an experienced warehouse operative, you will play a vital role in our day-to-day warehouse operations including picking, packing, loading, and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently.

We are keen to support your career growth by providing Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) forklift training to enable you to operate specialized equipment and take on more advanced tasks within the warehouse.

Shift Patterns:

• 4 days on, 4 days off (Day Shift: 06:00 – 18:00)
• 4 days on, 4 days off (Night Shift: 18:00 – 06:00)

What You’ll Do:

• Carry out accurate and timely order picking and packing
• Assist with loading and unloading goods deliveries
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Comply fully with health and safety guidelines
• Participate in VNA training program progressing towards certified VNA operator status
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven warehouse experience, preferably within logistics or automotive sectors
• Good physical fitness and ability to work on your feet for extended periods
• An eagerness to learn and develop new skills, especially VNA operator training
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• A team player with a positive and proactive attitude
• Basic IT skills and the ability to handle warehouse management systems is desirable
