Automotive Group
UK and Ireland
Our culture is defined by a strong sense of teamwork, collaboration, and mutual respect. Employees are encouraged to bring their unique perspectives and experiences, being given the freedom to express themselves creatively.
We place a strong emphasis on continuous learning and development, with ample opportunities for professional growth. We value our people and are committed to providing a positive and rewarding work environment.
Our Mission
To deliver value-added automotive aftermarket solutions across Europe via our multichannel distribution network.
Since its acquisition by Genuine Parts Company (GPC) in 2017, Alliance Automotive Group is now the dedicated European division of the world-leading automotive aftermarket company and whilst the Alliance Automotive Group mission and future vision embrace the same core principles and directions as GPC, we recognise and embrace the successes and individuality of Alliance Automotive Group and its people.
Our Vision
To be the European champion of sustainable, future-ready automotive aftermarket solutions.
To have an ambitious but achievable outlook for the future, Alliance Automotive Group has a robust strategic vision to work towards collectively. The work we do and the infrastructure to make this happen are far from simple, and this is why each of our employees is vital to the successful continuation and evolution of Alliance Automotive Group. Our past achievements combined with the broader, global GPC network allow for an incredibly ambitious vision for the future expansion and refinement of products and services we offer the aftermarket.
Value Awards
We are proud to acknowledge the ongoing dedicated service provided by our colleagues through our Value Champion Awards.
The purpose of this initiative is to recognise and celebrate the hard work and dedication of our employees who embody our company values. Employees are nominated based on how they have embodied our company values in their day-to-day work and how they have contributed to the success of the company.
It is important to recognise those who consistently represent the company positively and set a positive example for others.

Employee Engagement Groups
We value the input of our colleagues and their ability to contribute to our Employee Engagement Initiatives. In January 2024, we established the 'Employee Engagement Group', consisting of colleagues from various business areas including Marketing, Stores, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, Office Management, and HR. This group collaborates to discuss company-wide initiatives and generate ideas for their improvement.
It is essential to involve our colleagues in the planning and execution of our engagement strategies to help shape a culture where everyone feels appreciated, supported, and motivated.
Face-to-face meetings are held to discuss employee engagement, identify areas of success, areas for improvement, and address important topics such as our values, Diversity and Inclusion, and any concerns raised outside of the group.
Corporate Social Responsibility
At Alliance Automotive Group, we understand the significance of supporting local and national charities to raise awareness and funds to support their cause.
